Sesame Wasabi Furikake
Crunchy roasted sesame seeds coated in a wasabi spice mixture, with a distinct but not unpleasantly spicy taste. The color of the original is greener than in the photo. In Japan this sesame is added to rice, but it is also an interesting addition to steak, pork, poultry or fish.
Use:
- Like the Japanese to rice
- With salmon, steak, pork, poultry
- With scallops
- With salads, green salads, cucumber salads or wakame salad
- On a sandwich with liver sausage
- To poke bowls
- Etc.
