Description Original Japanese ready-made ramen noodles

Ramen noodles are a specialty of Japanese cuisine. They are made from wheat flour, salt and water and often with an alkaline salt. This alkaline salt gives them a very special firmness to the bite. This product is a slightly thicker ramen noodle that curls slightly after cooking. It has to be regenerated very briefly, approx. 2 minutes. The noodles untangle as they cook. When cooked, the 130 g portion is quite large at 200 g, and it may even be enough for two plates.

These ramen noodles can be combined with ramen soups based on miso or soy sauce or boiled pork bones (Tonkotsu). Meat, fish, vegetables or eggs, according to your personal ideas could be added.

This product is frozen and will be delivered chilled.

 

Preparation of the noodles

The preparation is very simple. The noodles are cooked for about 1.5 - 2 minutes - done!

 

Description vegetarian shoyu ramen soup

"Shoyu" is Japanese for soy sauce and in this case it refers to its main ingredient the broth, namely soy sauce. This Shoyu Ramen Soup is a ready-to-eat product and only needs to be mixed with warm water. 1 bag is enough for approx. 250 ml of soup.

Alternatively, the broth can also be refined, e.g. with more or more complex soy sauces to intensify the taste, with mirin, with spicy Shishimi Togarashi, with a splash of Yuzu juice for a fresh citrus note, with sesame etc.

 

Description vegetarian miso ramen soup

The main ingredient of this ramen broth is a seasoned miso paste. This ramen soup is a ready-to-eat product and only needs to be mixed with warm water. 1 bag is enough for approx. 250 ml of soup.

Alternatively, the broth can also be refined, e.g. with soy sauce to intensify the taste, with other miso e.g. with Hatcho Miso, with mirin, with spicy Shishimi Togarashi, with a splash of Yuzu juice for a fresh citrus note, with Kimchi sesame seeds etc.

 

Description vegetarian tonkotsu ramen soup

Tonkotsu ramen broths are actually made from pork bones. This product is based on the look and taste of the original Tonkotsu, but does not contain any animal ingredients. This ramen soup is a ready-to-eat product and only needs to be mixed with warm water. 1 bag is enough for approx. 250 ml of soup.

Alternatively, the broth can also be refined, e.g. with soy sauces to intensify the taste, with mirin, with spicy Shishimi Togarashi, with a splash of Yuzu juice for a fresh citrus note, with sesame etc.

 

Preparation of the soups

The preparation is very simple. Heat approx. 250 ml of water. Open the bag, add the content to the water, stir, add ramen noodles - done!

The intensity of the taste can be controlled via the amount of water used.

You can add individually to taste Vegetables like spring onions, bamboo shoots, chilli and - if it shouldn't be vegetarian: meat such as pork belly or original Japanese Char Siu or cooked eggs (Japanese eggs marinated in soy sauce).

Spices like a touch of Shichimi Togarashi or Yuzu Kosho paste give the soups spiciness. Toasted sesame seeds add nutty notes. A splash of mirin complements light sweetness and subtle alcoholic accents.
