Description
This set contains all the utensils for making your own sushi. All products are original from Japan:
- Hangiri wooden bowl
- Shamoji wooden spatula
- fan
- bamboo mat.
Use
In the Hangiri wooden bowl the rice is made with the help of the Shamoji wooden spatula mixed with vinegar and cooled at the same time. For faster cooling, the fan ca be used. With the help of bamboo mat rice, filling and nori sheet are rolled up.
