The Japanese Kutani porcelain was developed about 400 years ago. It is characterized by its particularly strong colors and a wide variety of painting styles and methods.
We have selected a soy sauce dispenser with the design Ume Kiku from the large number of high-quality designs. It shows plum and chrysanthemum blossoms. They symbolize patience and a long life.

Use
The dispenser can also be used for other liquids such as ponzus, vinegars, sauces, dressings, etc.
The lid is inserted into the oblong opening, and then slightly twisted. It is then locked and can no longer fall down.
About the manufacturer
The manufacturer in Ishikawa Prefecture was founded in the Taishō era (approx. 1912--1926) and is still being run by the family in the third generation.
He has always been dedicated to the production of Kutani porcelain. For his creations, he uses a mix of screen printing and handwork.
Care
In order to preserve the brilliant colors, we recommend washing the Kutani porcelain by hand using a soft sponge and a mild detergent.
