The Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze Sauce is a typical Japanese sauce with which you can glaze grilled and fried dishes with a delicious coating.
It combines sweet and savory flavors with a convenient thick consistency and gives your dishes a nice shine. It is made from traditionally brewed Kikkoman soy sauce (hence the savory notes) and sweet rice wine.
Kikkoman soy sauces have a long tradition, dating back to the 17th century. As early as the 18th century, predecessors of the current Kikkoman soy sauces were exported to Europe.
Today, Kikkoman soy sauces are the classic among soy sauces and one of the best-selling soy sauces in the world.
