Description Kikkoman Sushi Sauce
This sauce was specially developed for Sushi and Sashimi. It has a milder taste than the classic Kikkoman soy sauce. This way, it complements the flavor of the fish instead of overpowering it with a strong taste.
And that is exactly what a recognized Sushi Chef in Japan would do, namely to enhance the taste of the fish. Some professional sushi chefs even go so far as to create a special sushi vinegar or sauce for each selected fish.
