This yuzu juice is a direct juice of the Japanese citrus fruit Yuzu. It is very intense in taste and aroma and is used in Japan either as an ingredient for sauces, desserts, cocktails, etc. or diluted with water and honey to make a drink.
The Japanese citrus fruit yuzu is similar to the grapefruit, but has its own very complex aroma profile: lemon, floral, tart. Yuzu fruits are not very productive in their juice, which results in the high price of Yuzu products.
