Kikkoman Soy Sauces have a long tradition, dating back to the 17th century. As early as the 18th century, precursors of the current Kikkoman soy sauces were exported to Europe.
Today, Kikkoman soy sauces are the classic among soy sauces and one of the best-selling soy sauces in the world. In this case, it is a dark soy sauce, known in Japanese as "Koikuchi." Koikuchi soy sauces have a strong flavor.
This soy sauce has a significantly reduced salt content, namely 43% less salt.
Usage
Perfect for seasoning poultry, fish, meat, vegetables, salads, pasta, and rice dishes.
