Braised pork (红烧肉)
Ingredients:
- 500g pork belly, diced
- 3 EL Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tbsp Reiswein
- 2 spring onions
- 3 slices of ginger
Preparation:
- Sear the pork belly until it is lightly browned.
- Caramelize sugar and deglaze with rice wine.
- Add Lee Kum Kee Dark Soy Sauce and water, let the meat simmer for 1 hour.
- Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
