The oil from tomato seeds and peel has a nice orange tinge. Its aroma develops from green notes to typical tomato notes when tasted. It goes particularly well with asparagus and salsify salad and goes wonderfully with cream cheese and spreads. Mayonnaise made from tomato seed oil with fresh herbs also tastes wonderful.
