Ponzu is a traditional Japanese seasoning sauce made from soy sauce, vinegar and lemon juice. It goes particularly well with fish and seafood. Has compared to other Ponzus Mizkan Ajipon purely the lemon as an additive. Mizkan Ajipon is a very famous household brand in Japan as well.
